1 room apartment of 48m² in Bangkok

S&S Sukhumvit is actually one of my personal favourites. Nicely located in a quieter edge of the city, rather than right in and among it all, while still only 10 minutes walk from the BTS, and then a 15 minute ride to the very centre of the big bad city. They do in fact also run a BTS shuttle service here. It also appeals to me as it has the lovely big green garden area, the green pool area, parade of shops with 7 eleven on site, nice well equipped gym …. i could go on but hopefully you get the picture that it really is a very well designed and facilitated site, which offers great sized and designed/laid out homes at a fraction of the prices you would pay in the more central and so called chic areas. Defo one to come and take a look at! Some nice high grade Ikea furniture in here also.
